1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DeskQRCode, a product of Deisky Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deisky Technologies regarding your use of the DeskQRCode platform.

2. Service Description

DeskQRCode is a professional QR code generator that allows users to create, customize, and manage QR codes for various purposes including URLs, vCards, WiFi credentials, business information, social media profiles, and more.

3. User Accounts

To use DeskQRCode, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account and use our service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for DeskQRCode subscriptions are processed through Lenco and denominated in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DeskQRCode for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating QR codes that link to malicious content, malware, or viruses
• Using QR codes for phishing, fraud, or identity theft
• Distributing spam or unsolicited content through QR codes
• Creating QR codes that facilitate illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the DeskQRCode platform
• Using the service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these usage policies without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using DeskQRCode, including QR code designs, logos, and any data you input into the platform.

Our platform: The DeskQRCode platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by Deisky Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeskQRCode is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deisky Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of DeskQRCode.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. If you have an active subscription, it will not be renewed after cancellation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
